About the project

A standalone, sellable rewrite of an internal tool. MP Scanner syncs awarded public tenders from Chile's procurement API into a searchable database with Spanish full-text search, filters by date, region, amount and buying organisation, and supplier enrichment.

Built as an npm-workspaces monorepo: a NestJS API with paced, retrying ingestion and a daily cron, plus a Next.js front end. Verified end to end with a full real day of data and deployed on a Santiago cluster.
