Does Kestrel trade with real money?
Only if you arm it on purpose: live mode requires a typed confirmation and your own exchange keys. Paper and testnet modes are the default.
Where does market data come from?
Binance's public klines API, fetched once and cached on disk. No data leaves your machine.
